Default Dear Yellow WRX or STi that was racing on the WashDC Beltway

You nearly killed us. Next time you and your three buddies (a Nissan 350ZX and 2 Civics) decide to NASCAR through Sunday evening traffic, I want you to think about how many families may not have made it home that night from their trips. All of you zigzag'ed around like we were standing still. You all had to be going around 95mph while everyone was cruising at 65 or lower because of the traffic volume.

You cut the van in front of me causing it to hit the brakes which caused me to hit my brakes even harder, which caused the car behind me to swerve into another lane - who in turn cut another car off...it was domino affect thanks to you dorks racing.

I hope someone who knows you here personally will tell you to slow down and take it to the track. Coz ya see....anyone can go fast on the highway. My mother can do that and she barely drives once a month. There are no "mad skillz" points for racing on the highway. You don't get a Gran Turismo gold trophy or even kudos from PGR. There's the Virginia International Raceway and Summit Point Raceway. Both can be driven to before lunch time. Race with guys who KNOW how to race and a track that actually requires some "mad skillz".

Thank You.

There are only a few yellow subarus in the area so I'm sure we can figure out who they are.

None, eh? Guess it was an after market wing that looked just like the ones on STi's. He was racing with a red civic, a primer white civic and I can't remember what color the 350 was.

Did the white Civic have a tag like 1I1I11I?

Too bad if you ask me, I think a yellow STi would be bitching.

BTW: If all those damned families didn't always drive the speed limit, like they own the highway, then those kids wouldn't have to swerve like that

I think I mentioned most of us were going at a pretty good pace of 65mph.

I found myself in the middle of the freeway, naked and carless, running 95 MPH in flip flops.

If we're doing open letters...

Dear Asian woman who lives across the street and regularly parks in my parking space instead of her own damned driveway: It's called a stop sign for a reason. You're actually supposed to stop at them, particularly when we live in a community with lots and lots of kids and people walking dogs. Oh, and if the road curves around to the right, you don't need to put your blinker on for that. Thanks.

Find the guy and beat the snot out of him, keep the racing where it belongs, on a strip or track.

I honestly don't know anyone in the usual DC area crew that has a yellow WRX, except Mike.

It flew past me at mach 3 and before I could see the plates, they all cut in front of the van that was in front of me.

Dear Snoopy,

Please don't tailgate my van. It's bad enough to get cut off by tools racing on the freeway without having to worry about your car trying to mate with my rear bumper.

Thank You.

Mike has the WRX Outback. This wasn't the station wagon type.

Well, I had no idea you were gay as I was commenting on the rainbow bumper sticker to my wife.
