Default Boosted Legacys show your selfs

Thre is my 98 legacy with my turbo setup, currently the car is at moto imports in long island waiting for jr to ad bigger injectors(sti yellow tops), sti fuel rail, sti fuel pressure regulator, and hks boost controller. after all those bits and pieces are added he is gonna dyno tune the car using my greddy e manage. actually using stock injectos, fpr and rail we drove the car un tunned and the e manage started to correct automaticaly for the boost, turns our that the waste gate spring on the turbo is damaged and she was only opening at 4 psi. so that is where the boost controller comes into play. once she is home from tunning im gonna do some videos and photos of her on the highway.

guys plz post your boosted legacys and feel free to commit on my car. here is the link for my cardomain wesite - http://www.cardomain.com/ride/861819/4

Your car is looking sharp!

I'm looking forward to joining the boosted BD club soon.

Maybe we can get our own sticky post.

Whoa... where did this come from..? Nice custom AWIC setup, what core are you using? Is that a Spearco, Bell, or something all together different?

This is from about 2.5 years ago, maybe three. I have not really had time to work on my car since school is about 300 miles away from home.

It now has no A/C and is running a TEC 3 stand alone. Next summer I am looking at doing a twin scroll setup and maybe some 4EAT upgrades.

justinpool's interior is an 05 WRX's. I am gonna guess his setup was done by PDM aka JC Sports....looks great nonetheless.

The front and back seats are from an 04 WRX. I prefer the 04 seats from the 05 because they breath better due to the different cloth. They were very easy to install. Just bolted right in.

It has a full set of Brembo CrossDrilled rotors attached to KYB gas struts.

The setup is a STI EJ257 2.5 block with a VF 22 turbo and a PDM air to water setup. The car is only running at 65% of its potential power due to the lack of a fuel management system. It has a larger fuel pump and injectors though. At 5,280 ft, boulder CO it put down 235 awd hp on ten pounds of boost. The exact setup on a 2 door Impreza with a fuel management system and injectors running full boost put close to 400hp. It would cost another 1k or so to get the full potential out of this legacy but im out of cash. So that is why im selling it. Over all this is the best car i have owned. Far better than the 03 WRX i had.

cool, i didnt think they switched to those seats in teh WRX until 05, I was wrong.

this is a setup with sweet potential, bummer you have to sell.

I am curious how did you put down 235whp on 10psi does the VF22 flow the same amount of air at 10 psi as the VF39 does at 16? Its possible, just curious.

Once I get the front-mount intercooler and grille installed,
I'll post a pic or three. The WRX top-mount just isn't
all that flattering.
