Horrible experience with their services. I brought in my 06 2.5i for a service to reset the ecu for better warm ups.

Got my car back in like a hour, drove for like two minutes then the check engine light came on, came back to the dealership and they said the transmission switch went bad and will cost me $237 to get it fixed. I told them to just clear the codes, drove and got home finding out my fog lights doesn't work anymore. Got pissed right there, fixed the fogs myself, they unplugged the fog switch.

Looking down on my floormat, I found changes from the change holder by the fuse, they dropped the box and didn't bother putting the changes back in.

I will never go there again. Ever.

One of the worst dealership around!

They F***ed up my car, I took in for a recall for fuel value, and they messed up my car, just to make me come back for a transmission sensor, my check engine light was blinking right after I got my car and came back and they wanted to charge me $200 for a replacement and I told them no, just clear the codes and 15K miles later the cruise light havent came on.

Theyre really BAD, just AVOIDDDDDDDDD them!

Terrible terrible terrible dealership.

I don't even know where to begin with their salesmen. They are the epitome of sleazy. I spent 45 minutes trying to deal on a 2012 wrx base because they were the only ones in the area with one in stock. It's like they had a script with every douchebag car dealer head game on it, and they went right down the list.

I walked out and went to Evanston Subaru. Best decision I have made in some time.

Was just there on tuesday to take a '12 wrx for a possible test drive, went in and talked with one salesman who said sure, took me to see the car. Long story short, I never got to drive it, told me how a little old lady had gone around and floored and beat up the car on a test drive and he had to stop her from driving the car and how she bought the car anyway, was like a total joke.

they also told me my trade was worth 7-8k, i said bull**** and left, went to carmax, carmax says 11,500.

yea I am sick of Napleton Subaru....they messed up my '99 Forester when I had it...Also, I was in market for '12 wrx back in March and I went in there because we worked out a price over the phone and internet. When I went in there, they told me they couldn't honor the price and did not even let me test drive the car. Also, they said the car I was trading in ('99 Forester 5mt 101k) was worth only $500.....I said **** it and went to Libertyville Subaru. I got my wrx there under invoice price with lots of accessories and they offered me $3000 for my trade in!!

bad experience with this dealership as well. I am currently in the market for a '12 wrx base, and these guys are the only ones within 250 with one that i considered buying. long story short, they offered me way less for my trade then i was offered only 2 weeks ago 3k vs 4.5k and wouldn't budge at all. sales people were not very polite. also, would not honor their internet price on the car even when i proved it was the same car as they said now the car has options being installed on it.

These guys are bozo's. When I looked at WRX's they told me nobody drives unless a deal is consummated and paperwork is signed. I told the sales guy he must be kidding me. He said no, the owner has a lot of money wrapped up in these cars. I said, "you must be kidding me". He got pissed and said that's the way it is. I told him these cars are less than $35K and not gold plated, I walked and bought a car at a dealer who flipped me the keys and said, I'll see in in about 15 mins. No Joke!

These guys are bozo's.
