Default Ca: Tein Basic Dampers

I got it second hand from a friend from Maryland, he bought it new and used it for about 10,000 miles, then decided to autoX so he upgraded. I got them with a bit of rust being he is from the east coast. I scrapped of the rust, sanded, primered and colored it with green, and top coat. I did not even got to used the damn things coz I like buttons and and I bought an EDFC. I thought I can use it with the basic dampers.

Anywho , the coilovers still got plenty more mileage in it, so much more One of the boot got a hole on 1 side.paint is not perfect (it is not for show), I think that is it, you can buy those boots from teins or anywhere that sells shocks. just cut to fit. 4 wheel parts stores got them.
If interested I can E-MAIL pictures. (govhigad26@aol.com)

I am looking to get 600 for them + SHIPPING. Thanks

Question

Hey there!

I'm interested in knowing how these perform and the ride quality. I don't plan on autocrossing, so I think for street use these should be fine.

Can you give a bit more details on ride quality, ease of adjustability? How low do they get? These are the things I mostly care about.

Thanks!
Rafael.

stokdd- it is a complete set. the rear comes with springs, new boots, the wrench and all the goodies that came with it

rafael- they are great for the street, the ride height is the only thing adjustable, no rebound. I am thinking it can get pretty low, but the ride quality is something that is a personal thing. I did not try to slam my car with this system on thou. It is not advisable to ride around with a slammed rex, the car does not like that, but do not get me wrong I slammed it with springs/shocks before and it looks sweet and rides fine, but the way it turns is weird, tends to hop when turning hard, I am thinking it is because it was low, some wheels is fighting for traction. Otherwise it is a very good system for the street.
