Default Welp, it's official the picnic is over...

10.5 months, and he's taking his first unassisted steps. I'm not sure weather to be happy, or be afraid... very afraid...

Be afraid!! They're not so easy to keep track of once they are upward and mobile LOL.. Lock the doors, cabinets etc and move all important and fragile items 3 feet off the ground =)

Wow...it goes by so fast. I can't even imagine Ameliya crawling, let alone walking. Congrats on a huge milestone!

Oh-oh. Take notes to share, will ya. We're next....
Congrats. Guess you're gonna see an increase in your activities, chasing a baby.
Both Vincent and Vanessa are crawling and standing, and they have an extreme preference for power cords, it seems.

The second one, afraid!

My son started walking at 10.5mos, then climbing on things at around 11.5mos. He gets on everything. Now at 18mos he is like a little spiderman. He likes to get on the dining room table and shake the salt and peppar shakers around, and his new thing is climing up to the back of the couch and jumping to the floor (about 3 feet). That gets the ol' plaque flowing, and I learned just how fast I can move.

Congrats.

Aww...

In another year, he'll start back talking.
And then they start becoming fun.

he tries now..

We tell him no, he starts to cry and throw a tantrum, Amy and I look at each other and start laughing, and then he stops and looks at us all confused, and then tries the "I'll come to you smile and try and climb up to you" method instead.

He's soooo not getting an inch from me..

Sebastian knows to come for mama first! He'll grab onto both my legs and try to inch is way up to my crotch (sp). Doesn't he remember how hard it was coming out? Why would he want to go back up there? LOL

That's cool...Rachel was an early walker as well but Dora is just about ready after 13 months. I'm not sure which was better

'course, it's still only half of what Eddy has coming his way...
