Default Squeaking from rear??

A few months ago I started getting a sqeaking from (I think) the right rear whenever I would turn left.

It started getting worse, and squeaks on not smooth pavement and whenever loading/unloading the suspension...etc, basically a lot of conditions.

I thought it was a blown strut, because when parked, if I bounce on the right rear corner the car will make the same noise. so I replaced the struts, and the noise is still there

Anyone have a guess at this?

Swaybar or endlinks? Maybe try putting some some lithium grease on it...

Ya, I am going under the car this weekend to check all the bolts and spray everything down with lithium. Just hoping someone had a similar experience and had a good guess so I might know where to start looking.

Thanks for the tip.

I would quickly check if it is the sway bar by disconnecting it and driving around. if you are all stock that is 90% likely to be it.

model year? WRX? STi?

if it's a rear swaybar, then you will need teflon tape to wrap around areas between bar and rubber.

If it's rear strut bar, trying replacing the top hat and make sure top strut nut is tightened to spec. Loose nut could also causing clunking...

Car is a stock 02 wrx. A few months back the rear end was torn down to replace the rear diff (so I suppose a potential source of a loose bolt or something to that effect).

Good idea on simply removing the sway bar and then testing the car.

I just replaced all of the spring/struts/tophat assemblies with those from an 04 wrx and the same noise is there. So it has nothing to do with the struts, tophats, springs or perch mounts.
