Default V7 STi wheel manufacturer. who is it?

i know that BBS manufacturers the '04-05 STi wheels, but i was wondering who makes the V7 JDM STi wheels? is it just subaru that makes them special?

I believe the company name is "Asahi".

Could be slightly off with the spelling though.

I think Enkei made the 98-01 RS wheels.... but I could be wrong on that, too. One might assume they use the same company, but....

Enkei did make the 98-01 RS wheels. You can see the Enkei stamp on the wheels.
