Lightbulb Stock WRX Sedan sway bars on WRX Wagon?

Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, has anyone upgraded their Sedan and have some extra (basically new) Sedan bars (which should be stiffer? maybe)? Please advise.

Thumbs up

Yup! - You can do this! The WRX Sedan comes with a 20mm bar - the stock bar in the wagon (as you know) is a 17mm. It's a direct replacement. Call Mike at Exeter for the best local price. 603-778-0300

I was curious if anyone around here has already replaced their Sedan 20mm with a 22mm or ajustable, and has the stock one "left over" and would like to part with it.

Default Damnit Beavis!!

You just stole my post. I was just going to post this exact same question. So if there is a second sedan owner who has replaced his rear sway bar and wants to part with it let me know.

You better not sleep, I'm gonna come and get ya!!

Forget the sedan bar...get the adjustable! Most people are selling their 20 mm bar for $50-60, spend the money and get an adjustable one from Whiteline or somebody else, and have a much higher quality bar. My personal experience with an adjustable on my OBS...I like the 20 mm setting in the summer, but for me it's a little too much in the winter, so I usually set it back to 18. That's why I like it.

My pocket full of change.

I agree totally with what redobs say, but if anyone still wants a stock sedan bar, I should have mine out of my car in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to get the M2 adjustables from Exeter. But if you need one now, sorry.

BTW, I have a few parts from my car laying around - like stock shift knob, DRL transistor, stock head/fog light bulbs, the bottom half of the intake silencer, etc... Just in case anybody is interested. Oh, also a set of 215/40/18 Paradas too.

Both front and rears are $135/ea, which I think is a very good price. M2 has just opened their WRX site. Last week, M2 told me that's still finalizing the design, so I'm not sure exactly when they are available.
