is this true? do falkens run rider than other brandnames with the same sizing numbers?

Well, in general falkens may run wider, but I think that's more the old RS Sports and the new RT615s
I have ST115 in 215/45/17 and unfortunately they're WAY narrower than any other 215 I've seen. I should have gone 225... |

I have 225-45-17 Falken ST-115 and they are quite a bit narrower than most other 225-45 tires i have seen. However some of the other Azenis models run wider than average. Depends on which Falken Azenis model. Theres like four different Falken Azenis'
FYI I am going 235-40-17 next time. Wider tread AND better gearing. |

i def know the RT215 ran wide, the stock size ones look just as meaty as the 225/50/16 rs2's i have now.

Go 245/40/17 and the brand wouldn't matter anymore.

...start at 37F/35R....add a pound or 2 at a time, to both ends, until they are obviously too hard....and then back off 2-3psi ....usually 40-41F/37-38R works great. |

Um...like I said (his friend) don't get the ST115s. I'm telling you, get 245/40/17s ST115s. It's the closest to stock ratio as well....235 is such an odd size..

....IF......if you have a wide enough wheel.....and 8" wheel is gonna be the narrowest wheel that you could think of using for the 245/40 |
