Default 18x7.5 on MY02 WRX Wagon?

I wanted to put Prodrive P1 18x7.5 on my 02 WRX wagon. I'm currently running Tein S-tech springs, want to go to tein coilovers soon. I'm wondering if this wheel would fit comfortably with the right offset and right size tires. Very new to aftermarket wheels so ANY help is appreciated. Thanks!

The ET53 P1 is an excellent choice for your wagon if you want 18's - very close to the stock ET55 offset so they're kind to wheel bearings and steering components. However, the Tein S springs drop the car very low, so you may find that even with these wheels you could rub during extreme cornering if you go with the usual 225/40x18 tire. It will likely depend upon which tire you choose - some are quite a bit wider than others. It may be necessary to use the narrower 215/40x18 tires with those springs - but hopefully someone running the Tein S springs will chime in with their experience

going to coilovers with their adjustable height would make it possible to run the 18x8 ET51 Prodrive PFF7 wheels without rubbing on the fenders of your wagon - great wheel for 225/40x18 tires and 3 pounds lighter than the P1s even though they're a 1/2" wider.

for more info on 18" wheels and wagons, check out this thread:
