Yeah that's weird because the Japanese and Canadian sites have updated with the 06 models, however quotes/estimates are still not available in Canada or at least in Toronto

i assume that they want when people see the '06 on there, then they should be able to go to their local dealer and buy it. right now that is not the case as most dealers do not have the '06s yet.

there are still a bunch of 05's at the dealers. Most dealers only have a couple 06's. Give it a few weeks.

I bought my 2005 on the 1st of this month (a Monday). The people at the dealer were saying "We don't know when we'll get the 2006's in, probably not for a few months." I dropped my car off on on Thursday (of the same week I bought it) to have chip protection put on, and I picked it up Friday... And in the lot was a 2006 WRX. I'm very happy with my 2005 (plain ole RS) but they had to have known they were expecting at least one 2006... I wasn't too impressed by that.

Yeah. I've been meaning to change that. That was my transition rental from an 04 to 05.

i dun get it, they cant really push more 05 out by simply blindfolded everyone by just the site. everyone knows the 06 should be here. Not just subaru, but the other makers are launching their 06's too. Besides, you can always use the www.subaru.ca as a reference, what it differs should be the pricing (and the mph and kph thing).

I sort of doubt they are trying to hide the 06 - to Subaru, the website is probably a buyers tool - so if you are looking to buy an Impreza now, and most of the dealerships have 05's, and few, if any, 06's, they want to make sure when you go to the website to get more information on the car, it's for the car you can purchase now, not the one which will be available in a month or two.
