Thumbs down TCG Motorsports

I do not recommend buying any thing from TCG Motorsports. They have the worst customer service!!!! I was part of the intake group buy three months ago and I have still not received anything. I have written them many times with out response. They won't supply me with any tracking numbers or a conformation that the intake was shipped to me. Does anyone have their address I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau?

yeah, I was planning on buying a dash kit couple weeks ago..they're so slow..it seems that they only check their PM (and this board) once every week or so..even one simple question get answered in no less than one week...now I lose my interest on the stuff they sell..

if they're this slow in replying pm and their own thread...I wonder how much longer they will ship the stuff they sell..

we're so slow because we have to make all this stuff by hand. NOBODY has the same stuff as us. That's why we're so "slow". If you would like some plastic replica crap look elsewhere. Sure, you can get it in 3 days but i guess to each his own. This is totally one-off stuff that there isn't a huge supply of.

As for Chong: brian has emailed you no less than 5 times on this matter.

I have been trying to get ahold of you but all of my email gets returned with the email you gave me. We shipped out your intake to the address supplied. As I have mailed to you many times check your local post office because it is probably sitting there. I have attempted to track it but can not. If you supplied me with the wrong address and it is sitting at the post office this is not our fault.

Brian,

I went to the post office this weekend to check if they had a package for me. There was no package there. I know I gave you the right shipping address, if you check the message from paypal that confirms payment the correct shipping address is included twice. So I don't see how this is my fault either. You must have written the wrong address. What are you guys going to do for me? Since you can't track the package I don't know what else to do. I would like to have my money back so I can just buy an intake some where else.

Please give me a phone number and best time to contact you since you can not email me. This situation has gone on for too long and I would like to get it resolved as soon as possible.

I am personally going to the post office today to talk to someone there about what the hell happened to it. I shipped over 20 intakes and for one to be missing is BS. So if someone doesn't find this I will send you your money back through paypal. I am sorry for this but you have to understand this bothers me just as much as it bothers you.

I went to the post office and they made me fill out this four page paper with all the info I could dig up and now I have to wait to see if they can manually track your package down. If I don't hear from them in a couple of days your money will be sent back to you.

Default TCG Motorsports Reviews

Please post your thoughts about us here. We had a few growing pains in our first group buy but we have gotten most everything straightened out. We strive to offer high quality one off bits for the MY02 WRX. We had one horrible experience but that has been cleared up (Thanks again to the USPS for that one).
We would like to here your thoughts, ideas and comments as to what we can do for you.

Bought the WRX vent boost guage mount, as well as an intercooler screen. Both transactions couldnt be smoother with good communication and good products. Will definatly be buying from again.

Just wanted to say that I was on the initial group buy for the TCG Motorsports Intake. I received it exactly when they said I would...and the product is great. If I didn't already have a boost gauge I would have bought their mount as well. Thanks!
