Default Request: Pillar-less Bugeye grill? Possible DIY...

Nasioc,

help is needed!!! well i got egged sometime back and were fixing it on friday and saturday. (i work at a body shop) I broke my grill awhile ago and am buying a new one with the isurance leftover... Im considering buying a replica genome grill off ebay and deleting the center post and painting the surround wrb to match. Anybody have a setup like this?

CN: well, it's popular with the peanut-face guys... bugeyes?

it's a lot harder on the bugeyes but it's possible. i know you wanted pics, but this probalby would have done a lot better in the interior mod and care forum.

it's possible..your working on a bodyshop you can use fusor 142 to cover up the center piece where you cut it and a lil bit of bondo..

i can do the pillar delete on the 04/05 (sadly the 06's wont work tht way, as it'll require all three grille inserts to be replaced w/ new meshing of some sort)...

i cut my sti 02 grill.

DIY instructions:
1. cut emblem at the bottom
2. clean surface
3. paint the black plastic black again
