Default inside 2 inches gone

Hello all, I have a tire problem.

03 wrx wagon w/ tein s comp springs, 17" rota subzero and yoko avses100 235/40.

The inside 2 inches go to the tread marks after 3k.

I took it to sod and they adjusted the front end to a -1 I think but I still had the same problem.

After my first visit they would not check the adjustiment again or try to make it better so here I am.

I just saw an ad for nitto neo gen and it seems to address this problem?

Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it.

I was also wondering if it is ok to rotate the tires so that the inside is now the outside while keeping the direction the same?

Thanks in advance.

I suggest you read the alignment stickies so you understand what toe is and how you measure it. Anyway, it is toe that rips your tires up like that, not camber. Find a decent alignment shop that will set your toe to 0 all round.
