Default Work emotion rims.

hi there guys i need your opinions on what you guys think about these rims. im going to get the 18x8.5 or 8.0 CR gunmetal

quick questions

1. what is the stock 2005 sti rim size? 17x8.0?
2. are these good brand rims?

Work rims are very nice and very expensive I think stock sti rims are 17x7.5

ya those are the stock 2004 rim sizes. the 2005 rims sizes are a bit bigger. i think 8.0 or 8.5, im not sure thats why i need to find out.

1: yes 17 x 8
2: work wheels are the shiet. been around for a long time since the 80's maybe even the 70's.

expesive? yes, but you get awesome build quality and lifetime warranty on defects. now how many wheel companies are there that offer lifetime warranty on their wheels? work emotions are ~1100 for the set which isnt bad for wheels. the emotions are the base entry model of the work name. when you get into multi-piece wheels, work hands down is one of the best.

spun forged wheel with hand polished lip? how can you say no to that... but then again most subie owners are looking at price over quality.

the other spectrum of work wheels: its not everyones cup of tea but i like old school wheels

I have some Avus three piece wheels and they are 19's and weigh one pound more then stock.

I believe they're HC, and for clarification, the '04 STi wheels are 17X7.5, the '05's are 17X8.
