Default vibration after new tires

Ok...

I'm running 18x7 adr m-sports and have been more or less happy with them for quite some time... I've noticed that my car eats through the front tires pretty quick.

I've replaced the tires with some more agressive zrated tires... and notice at right around 65mph I get a bit of vibration... and until now have chalked it up to a bit of a bend in the lip of a wheel... (although I never noticed a vibration with other tires).

Could this be an alignment issue and its just now apparent because I've got more agressive tread pattern?

thanks in advance

I would have the tires re-balanced.

If its going through tires you more than likely have alignment issues. Where do they wear at? A toe in situation will sometimes create a shake at lower speeds but not 60 plus, thats usually balance. Try rotating them to the rear to pinpoint the bad one.

If your car is eating tires, get the alignment checked!!!!!

It is likely a toe issue.

Check alignment. Get the wheels re-balanced.

I realize thats the next item on my checklist, but its unlikely a slightly bent lip of a wheel would cause that?
