Yep Brian, Gunnar has some nice toys. Too many I guess. Did you see the yellow Rex out front for sale? That is his car too. He just decided he had too many toys I guess. I remember seeing him down at Pueblo reservoir in a big beautiful Baja sportboat. Made my "little" 19' Chris Craft look like a toy.

Good luck on the job there!

Well at least he's not the only guy in Colorado with a WRX anymore. I used to go down to the dealership every year around the Pikes Peak race so I could lust over his WRX(s?).

Now I got one of my own. Aaaahhh.

WOW! I was down a Hueberger tonight and the lot is LOADED with WRXs. There must be 10 or 15 of them. Wagons, Sedans, Blue, Silver . . . it's a smorgasbord. I can't recommend the dealer, but they certainly have the stock right now.

Pleeeease forgive me for invading your thread but I'm here in COS visiting my family for vacation. I live in Tulsa - home of one suby dealer and one WRX on the lot (selling for MSRP nothing less).

I visited Hueberger and thought I'd died and gone to heaven. There must be a dozen on the lot. If I can, I'd like to drive one home.

Can any/all of you tell me more about this dealership? Will they deal? Also, I may be leasing - will they still deal?

Thanks ahead of time!

Peter, if you can I'd try to make it up to Boulder and talk to Jon Eric at Flatirons. Great guy. I know that's a ways from the Springs, but it's worth it. I'm sure the local guys can tell you about Heuberger though.

If it weren't for Gunnar Heuberger I wouldn't have anything to do with them. I am trying to make things more friendly with Bob the service manager, but until the turbo is off my car that likely wont happen.

I am trying to see if they will do anything for my blown motor and Bob was actually nice and didn't laugh at me when I called Friday to say I was stranded in denver with a blown motor.

Ifyou are buying a car that you don't plan to modify, then Heuberger is a fine place to go to.
