There's a couple with EJ20 swaps running around Canada.

And here in Vancouver (we've got the EJ20 as well) we also have a guy with built internals and TEC-II running big boost.

Yea I heared shiv sold a couple of tecII unit up here, I know verIII has a nice setup, starting to plan my turbo kit and was wondering how many big hairy GC8's we have here just to give me something to shoot at.

I figure anything that can run 12's is a pretty serious piece of kit.
not sure if any of us are that fast yet.

HOK here in Calgary has one of the fastest in Canada. Do a little search. Up here in our thin air, he can easily do low-mid 13s 1/4 miles (it's about 3/4" miles above sealevel)

Yo Rage,

If you want to run 12's, I seriously hope you're planning on tranny mods.

Not really into drag racing, just using that as a benchmark, but yea I am liking the sound of the Hardened STI gearset. Should be able to hold 300 ft/lbs or so and is full Synchro.

I have access to BPM gearsets if anyone wants them. Let me know!

But yeah. I think dogboxes wouldn't be very fun for daily driving.

Its a shame there is noe "easy" fix for scooby box, it seems making 300hp is reltivley easy (and cheap) but then you have to shell another $5000 for a new gearbox - ouch!

I was considering a auto conversion but where is the fun in that
