Question Anyone running 18's on their WRX (NOT STi)

Im thinking of getting Rota Mesh 18x8's with 225/40/18 tires?

Any thoughts on why it wouldnt work? Im also going to get my car lowered with prodrive springs in the next few weeks?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

If it's a sedan, it will work fine.

It works well and looks awesome.
I ran a Rota Subzero on my wagon for a while with a number of suspension setups with zero rubs or other issues.

In fact, I want 18's again after swapping them out for some 17" Gram Lite Pros.

I take it you're asking more specifically about the width rather than just 18's in general. I always thought that 18x7.5 was the size recommended for the WRX but I guess I just listened to the masses. I know Sti's come with 8 inch width but didn't know if WRX's had a fitment issue.

I am running the formula mesh with 235/40/18 FK451's on a 02 WRX with no problems.
