Default Too many Transmissions!!!

OK, this is a transmission:

We have way too many of them. We all know that the 5spd Subaru transmission is notoriously weak. So help yourself to help us get rid of some of these trannys:

TURBO TRANSMISSIONS / CLOSE RATIO BOXES - Will bolt to any turbo Impreza with matching final drive rear diff.

*1X USDM MY06 WRX 5sdp w/ 3.54 final drive - $999 + shipping
*2X JDM MY01 WRX 5spd w/ 4.44 final drive - $1099 + shipping
JDM MY01 WRX 5spd w/ 4.44 rear differential - $1599 + shipping

NON-TURBO PUSH-TYPE TRANSMISSIONS

1X 2005 Impreza RS 5spd - $699 + shipping
1X 2006 Impreza RS 5spd w/ 3.9 final drive - $699 + shipping
2X Mystery 3.54/1.95/1.37/.97/.74 3.9 final drive - $649 + shipping
Thanks,

Preston

Default Need a trans.

Hey Preston,

My 02 WRX drive line is completely stock . I think the stock final drive is 3.90 .. What will I need to use the JDM MY01 WRX 5spd w/ 4.44 rear differential ? What's mileage on that tranny ? Is there a core charge ?

Hey... I don't really know my final drive. I have a 2000 2.5 rs with stock diff and tranny (5mt). I blew out second gear and I'm a poor college boy, i just need something to put in there to get me through the next couple years, then i'll go w/ a nice gearset. What would u reccomend?

I'm looking at the same thing. From what I've learned so far, you'll need the tranny, clutch, flywheel and clutch slave cylinder (since it faces the opposite direction and mounted differently). I'm guessing the clutch line would be different too but not sure.
