Default '94 Legacy boost guage install same as GDA?

I've done boost guage installs on an '04 WRX and an '05 STi (used vac line on the stock recirc. valve). Could someone direct me as to which line to splice into on the '94 Legacy turbo?

I just spliced into the vacuum line leading from the manifold to the BOV or recirc valve. That puts it right near the firewall for easy routing, and slightly faster response (I'm making that up).

would you be able to give me more specifics as to where the vac line is on the SS? (Is it the hose that comes out of the passenger side of the manifold, goes into a small, black, circular plastic thing, then seperates into about three lines from the plastic cylinder?)

Nope. That's the charcoal canister, an emissions device.

The line I am talking about come out of the back of the driver's side of the manifold, around where the vacuum line for the brake booster is, and goes to the bypass valve, which is just below the little intake elbow thingy right before the throttle body.

I can get some pics if you need them.

The brake booster line is larger and has a threaded end on it. The line for the bov just slides onto a brass fitting and has a quick clamp on it. You wont be able to see the brass fitting until you pull the hose back.
