Default Stuck on Steelies

anyone have any tricks for getting suck steelies off? I just got a 95 impreza project and the fronts are stuck on pretty bad. I've tried penetrating oil all around and slamin it with a hammer. They are still on there so tight it feels like they are bolted on.

Once you get enough torque (ie putting a pipe on a breaker bar) they will snap. Only other alternative would be to torch it I guess.

What I did was hammer the inside of the rim lip of the steelie. You gotta BEAT IT!!! This was on my buddies '93L w/ 13" steelies. He even DROVE w/o lugnuts! It only took me like a couple of hits for it to move.
