Angry Corrupt Subie Dealer

I new this dealer was bad but not this bad. I tried to cancel my extended warrenty on monday and they said no. My car is finaced through Chrysler Finacial, (there a dodge dealer as well) and they told me that Chrysler finacial required it to get a loan. I called the finance people and of course they told me this is not true. The dealership wont return my calls and each time I show up the Finance manager is gone or in a meeting. I decided to ask them about the grooved brakes and burning trunk and I couldn't believe there awnser. The guy told me that both are attributed to overly aggressive driving and signs that the car is being driven wrecklessly. I know if i tried to take it to them for warrenty work it would be denied for some reason. Oh well my Lawyer called them today. I should get some results soon. Wish there was a good dealer closer than 150 miles. Love my car though and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Default BBB

and filing with the Better Business Bureau is also a very good thing to do. File a good, detailed complaint without any rage in it (online even) and let the manager or owner of the dealership know you did this and you will get good results.

spend $10 and put an ad in the paper under cars and warn of the dealership and your sales guy.

better yet make big warning posters and post them just off their property. Get a photo of an employee taking them down and nail them for free speech obstruction.

best yet make stickers (the real sticky kind) with your gripe printed on them and one night stick the stickers all over the cars windows (prefer Fri night since Sat is the busiest day). Then watch all the sales people on sat morning scrambling to find razor blades and scraping the stickers off.

Some Good Ideas

I actually Have a meeting with the owner of the dealership. I just found out he is in alaska with my best freinds dad and told me to drop by his house next week when he gets back. We will see what he has to say.
