Default Wagon Rims Question

Just wondering if I could fit this size onto my wagon lowered on Prodrive Springs.:

17x8.5 rims 50+ offset 235-45-17 or 235-40-17 tires??

Thanks

Many posts regarding the wagon, rubbing and fitment issues. The general consensus is that with a lowered wagon (even a slight 3/4" drop like the prodrives) the tires will rub the rear fenders. It also depends who or what you have loaded in the back of the vehicle. Many have had their fenders "rolled" with success. Some use a 5mm spacer to keep the tires off the struts, others opted for higher spring rates with less drop.
Many have coilovers with an adjustable height component to experiment with ride height and rubbing. Wagon owners have had no problems at all with a stock set-up, a 235 width and a proper offset, while other rub on 225's. Use your "search" button to explore the wonderful world of wagons and fitment.
