Default Cobb catback

well...in the legacy/outback section of cobbtuning, we no longer have the SS catback. Does this mean that they no longer have it, or can we just get it in the Impreza section and it will fit our legacy and outbacks fine? I know its been quite some time since they've changed it, but i'm curious...
thanks

COBB isn't very adept at keeping their web site up to date, so your best bet would be to call them and see if they have any ON HAND. I emphasize this because they're notorious for promising and not delivering for months, sometimes years.

Already been done. I called them before I bought my Stromung and they said they no longer have any there and don't plan on making anymore. They have forgotten us older leggies. lol

Jonathan's dead-on. I got so bent by COBB with the EL headers... If they don't have something in stock, I'm not ordering. I advise others to follow suit.

They are nice guys but they don't understand how much money they would make if they still had parts for older Legacys

I had an e-mail conversation with them regarding a turbo kit for the 00-04 Legs. They said it was all ready to go except the engine management (not an insignificant problem, I know) but that was the only thing standing in the way. I was also told by Cobb that the thing is sitting on the shelf and will stay there for the next couple of years. Gee, by the time they get it together, I'll pick a up a used 05+ with a stock turbo and save myself a lot of time and money. Very weak from Cobb.

Well, they are gonna miss out on a grand from me, as I was planning on getting the EL headers any week now. I've been saving for a year and almost have the last little bit. Those f***kers have better have a set in stock or I will flip out!!!

yeah, but so much stuff with my 2001 also fits the imprezza, so I would think I have a shot at getting SOMETHING from them!?!?! At least the lightweight pullley should be in stock... Or is the best I can ever get from cobb that will fit my car is a window sticker and a coffee mug?!?
