Im curious about the same thing for my 06STi...Im planning to put the prodrive springs on. Where are you ordering your wheels from? Im having a hard time finding a set of gunmetal 18x8.5 emotions.

you'll need to roll the rear fender lips a bit...all depends what size/brand tire you do too

We can easily order these for you...we bring in Work every month

I don't think there is anything to roll on the rear '05 fenders.

Sounds promising ...

Can anyone gimme a definate yes / no ...

I ordered mine from Randmotorsports. They managed to have some instock to ship to South Africa for me.

Came to around US$1500 incl shipping.
According to the STi wheel sticky . these will fit my STI9 ( 05 ) , but that doesn't mention anything about a drop ...

Tyre would probably be a 235 / 40 / 18 - any recommendation ? F1's ? or whot whot

Cheers

With those wheels on a 05 sti you don't have to roll the rear fender lips.

Yes, they'll fit without fender/quarter lip modification, but you'll need to stay with a standard or small 225 series tire as the 235's will rub under hard cornering.

Dont these wheels come in another offset besides the +43?
I think maybe a +48 or +50? I think that would not rub with a 235 tire an a small drop.

i have the same wheels on my car with +43 offset. my 255/35 my kdw2's rub slightly under hard cornering, i may try rolling what small lip is there or just move down to a 245 or 235 tire.
