Default 2006 WRX + Cobb stg 2 estimates

Any ideas on how much power the 06 wrx will make with the cobb stg 2 (AP+TBE)?
FXT makes 280hp crank and LGT makes 305hp/ 345tq crank with (basically) the same engine as the 06 WRX w/ cobb stg 2. (Why the diff in power for LGT and FXT? )

My hopes are the LGT numbers
When will we Know for sure?

LGT has a better turbo than the WRX/FXT.

My guess is some hacking for the 2006 WRX ECU will take time.

Isn't it the same powertrain setup as the 05?

Well, the 05 WRX is a 2.0 block and the 06 WRX is a 2.5 liter block with AVCS heads. So, no.

It's the same ECU that's in the FXT/LGT/STI, I doubt it will take much time at all. The drivetrain is identical to that of the FXT, I'm sure the numbers it gets will be relatively the same. Although the engine this year has a higher compression ratio than last year, so things will change a little bit.

Now that I learned to read, I see that your referring to the wrx, not the STI

You wont have LGT numbers. The LGT has a larger turbo and better intercooler.

Does the FXT have AVCS? I bet the WRX will produce more power than previous gen foresters.

on cobb dyno, the FXT and LGT have almost identical stock power curves. Its almost creepy how close they are. FXT likely underrated, maybe WRX (2.5) too. we will see.
