check with Sean at www.rallitek.com

They had some bumpers/skirts at one point that would probably be cheaper than shipping them across the pond as they are located in Portland OR.

please don't give us legacy owners a bad name by making yours look like some "too fast too furious" civic wanna be... Look at some of the other legacy models here on the forum and see how they made their models look fast without adding a bunch of crap to your car. There are lots of photos here online...

Agreed. Although I understand how it is to be young and want a bunch of stuff, the bottom line is(and you'll learn this) if you're going to do something, do it right or not at all. Sadly, the Legacy doesn't have as much aftermarket support as some hondas, so therefore what IS available is very expensive. The cheaper stuff looks cheap and tacky and is often of poor build quality.

Go get a piggy bank and just start saving, its much more worth it.

There's actually a few that are available, but as noted, all are pretty expensive.

Check out these links.

http://takakaira.com/aerokits/aeroki...menu.asp?cat=7

http://www.worksbell.co.jp/products/

I think the SYMS kit is nice, not too ricey. Hella expensive.

But seriously, if you have a couple grand to drop on your car, it is much more rewarding to put it toward performance parts than looks.

I suggest some nice rims and get the lower body skirts painted to match the body. If you search for some pics of the Legacy GT Limited cars you'll get a better idea. I think they look pretty nice as is.

Yeah, congrats on joining a great crowd of refined tuners. You'll notice very few of us have given our cars the 'tuner' look. Subtlety is the name of the game and as others have already stated, most of us would rather sink money into performance mods. (some first mods include rear swaybars, pulleys, and other suspension bits).

A quick search for "Legacy Bodykits" revealed this:

Legacy Bodykits

You could also check out the Bling Bling Legacy thread that thankfully is always being refreshed with new posts.

Peace,

I don't think that anyone truly can say that putting an aerokit on a car is ricing it out I don't really appreciate you guys jamming that down this guys neck. I do however say that for 3 grand I would start with suspension. and maybe find a nice set of wheels. Bodykits for Legacys are expensive but going agaonst popular belief... easy to get your hands on. You just need to know the right people. If you need any help wiht this stuff I have many connections in the import world that will be glad to work through me for you. I can get any part ever made for the Legacy as long as it still exists....

I don't think what we were doing was flaming. Legacy forum is by far tame compared to what you may find in the other forums here. That said, most of the responses you should find useful in your search for bodykits. The term 'tuner look' imparts a bad taste in some of our minds as we Legacy folk seem to be purists at heart. Perhaps we should have inquired as to what you meant.

Russel- if you have connections for cost savings on body kits and don't mind sharing...I've been searching for a Syms or Prova kit for my BD Sedan that won't run me $2K unpainted and uninstalled. $1K for a front bumper cover IMHO is outrageous.

Take it easy and you will find that we are extremely tame. Come back with comments like your last post and you won't hear the end of it.

PS- Never ask where to find Altezzas for a Legacy here you willnot get good results.

Peace, and once again welcome to the Legacy family.

I called Rallitek a while back, and try to corner them on what their body kit was.

If you looked closely at their website, the picture they had was kind of blurry. But they told it was a copy of the SYMS kit. At least that was the case with the bumper, side skirts, and the rear. The grill seemed to be different.

I've been wanting to get a better look at the side skirts before I buy them. I might have to drive down there to take a peek.

I cannot beat that price. I don't think that is really to outrageous seeing as there was only one syms kit ever in the US.

Periods, commas and other forms of punctuation are your friend, as well as using real words.

Anyways, contact rallitek. I think they are the going to be the only option that might possibly be within your budget. But I don't know for sure their costs nor do I know if they still have any.

I got it from a .com (brandsport?, I think).. anyway, I think it was 180$ to my door painted with hardware (although, I think I have a paint blemish that shows up in the sun). I installed it myself in about an hour with a drill and a dremel (2nd one I've done). You can find the drilling template online too.
