XX or Pruven in CT may be your closest choices.

I think TMS is good at tuning the utec, but i'm not sure if he still tunes utecs. Another place is XX tuning and KTR, both have their pros and cons.

Go with PRUVEN Performance in Milford CT. If you're serious about UTEC tuning, the only real way to set up a UTEC for YOUR CAR and not a generic ideal is with a dyno & they have a 4 wheel dyno facility www.pruvenperformance.com or XX tuning in W. Hartford. There's nothing reliable in RI for UTEC tuning. I already went that route. Good luck! By the way, expect to shell out ~$500-600 for a proper UTEC tune.

Stay away from Pruven...their customer service sucks, they don't answer phones, and they are expensive as hell. Besides all that they deal 98% with DSM's not subies.

Go to XX-Tuning in Hartford CT. Tony knows what he is doing and doesn't charge anywhere near $500 +. He will road tune and dyno tune and it was def under $300 if I remember correctly. Give them a call.

Pruven did a fine job tuning my Unichip years ago. Their price, service and phone skills were just as average as the other NE tuners. They certainly didn't charge me anywhere near $500.

another for F1 Dyno - they are the best now, by far. Dave is a great guy and will get you squared away for a good deal as he mentioned
