Default this tire fit this wheel?

two part question please....

please avoid the noxious critisisms if at all possible.... i know most people aren't into a wheel/tire combo of this size for the rexy....

trying to figure out though... will a 235/35/19 tire fit correctly onto a 19x9 inch wheel? i think that is pretty much just the right fitment.... the tire is right around 9inches or a little over in tread width.....

now open season: your comments on how well this will run on a lowered rexy?

for the record, i've been running 19x9's with a 225/35/19 Falken tire that was designed to resess from the wheel a bit for very low rides and clearence of the fender. i have the whiteline G4 coilovers at there lowest recommended setting, don't get any rub and all seems to run pretty well.

i 'won' a free set of Kuhmo tires and wanted a tire that looked wider and more appropriate on the 9inch wide wheel... but i'm a bit concerned that i'm gonna have huge rubbing problems with a tire that is now as wide as my wheel..........

opinions appreciated, thanks in advance

Default

235/35-19 is generally approved for wheel widths between 8.0" & 9.5". That's the only part of your post I can respond to.

that's cool.... so then i could conceivably fit these on 19x8's as well should i ever change up wheels to something smaller... good to know, thanks.

(i've been eyeing some 19x8 SSR Comp Hybrids)
