Default Boost and rrfpr but still no fuel

So lately my car has been running great on 9 psi, stock injectors, ans rrfpr. Except a couple weeks ago we got a downpoor and the streets flooded. Well I got stuck in the outside lane and sucked in tons of water through my cold air. It didn't die but it wouldn't want to go for about 10-20 seconds. Now whenever i start to build boost the air fuel ratio is good and it goes but as soon as the wastegate opens it shoots lean and falls on its face. Could the mass air sensor be messed up or ruined and causing this? I have an extra to swap out but thought i'd ask first. It runs good except when the external dump wastegate opens. Any help would be great!

Have you tried resetting the computer? Sounds to me like it needs to build its fuel map again.

Also could be the MAF though, try cleaning it first.

So I swapped out my MAF and it still isn't getting fuel. My injectors are only at 85% duty cycle at full boost and redline. I have a DSM turbo fuel pump and a 12:1 BLOX FMU but it seems to loose all fuel pressure at full boost instead of build it up by the pound. This sucks really bad cause I can't hit boost until I fix the problem and no boost is no bueno. I also reset my ecu after the MAF swap.

Get yourself a handheld bicycle pump. Start the car up, cap the vacuum line that's going to the rrfpr. Install a vacuum line between the bike pump and the rrfpr. Start pumping air into the rrfpr- till you get to say 10psi. Check your fuel pressure gauge to see if your fuel pressure has raised the corresponding amount 6:1 rrfpr should have raised 60psi from base pressure.
