Default BD's with SPT Mufflers?

I just received my exhaust from Renick Motorsports (Brett was great to deal with) and want to purchase either Cusco or Kartboy hangers. After a thorough search I realized that there are several sizes. So my question is which size is appropriate for a BD Legacy (Sedan) and the SPT Muffler? FWIW I also bought Borla Headers and a Stromung hi-flow cat pipe. What size hangers will I need for anything else?

Thanks!

I also welcome debates over which company's hangers I should buy.

Peace,
Oquipah

I have the SPT on a BG and used standard, KB hangers. I don't think there is much point in debating which brand is best, as it is simply hard plastic with holes cut in it. My KB ones are working fine. The only time I have really seen anyone need the long hangers is for monster tipped mufflers.

Go with standard length KB, I think they are cheaper and you will probably get some candy too if you order it directly from Tom and www.kartboy.com

snowone-

How loud is this set-up? Do you have a resonator anywhere in the system?

Peace,
Oquipah

There is no resonator... stromung midpipe is straight through. With the SPT, this setup is much quieter than it was before w/ the Stromung rear section. *though the mild steel stromung I had was eventually rusted pretty severly.

I purchased the SPT from Jamie/Subiegal at genuinesubaruparts.com for about 200 picked up. Price made the decision over Stromung. Wasn't a big fan of Stromung owner-guy on the phone... to be perfectly honest. If you want stromung best bet is to cough up the $$$ and buy from boxer4racing.com

Sorry, no sound clips... probably could do a cheasy one via video clip w/ my powershot if someone wanted. With the SPT, there is a bit of a "tinny" sound under initial heavy excelleration compared to the Stromung. Still pretty grumbly though... and I'm happy (as are my neighbors) with the change.
