Default Engine pics: Grounding help/opinons and ghetto MAP sensor mounting

PIC 1 - Grounding: Did I ground my intake correctly? Should I be attaching the wire someplace else?

PIC 2 - Someone asked how I mounted my MAP sensor. Its circled in the picture. No CELS but I'm wondering if I should put on longer wires and put the MAP in the intake tube. Also, can I tear down that damned black sheet thing or does the foam stuff underneath need it (albeit its all worn and not really protecting much)
