ok; there's 2 screws to remove: one is in the recess for the door handle, covered by a little round platic dot (just pry it off)
the other one is on the bottom of the door pocket (under that 1 inch circle)
Pull off the sail panel (by the mirror, on the inside)
Then just yank at the door, it's just little snaps holding it on, and i've taken my panels off about 6 times with no probs.....
there's only one plug, that's all thw wires for windows and locks, so don't pull the panel out too far until you disconnect it.
Any questions, PM or email me, but it's pretty straightforward.......

Thanks I was able to get it already. It is very easy. I got the tweeter kit and wanted to make sure the extra speaker wires were there. They were wrapped with blue tape a ready to go. I recommend this upgrade it is easy. Plus the sound is greatly improved. You can get the kit at subaruparts.com for only $29.95 Here is the link.Tweeter Kit

HIHO, See you already got it all together! Sorry to be so long with promised info, but had to dig a little for it. Regardless of some of the negative comments made about the factory "rweets" I think they're pretty nice and easy to install without any hacking up of the panels! Enjoy!
