Default S-AFC 2 for WOT tuning?

I did a search but was having trouble pinning down an answer to my question, so here it is...

would an S-AFC II work at all for tuning my 05 RS for WOT/open loop? I know in closed loop my ECU will learn around it, but for WOT, will it hold the settings so I can clean up the WOT power curve a little?

Thanks,

That's how I've got mine set. It begins to add fuel at around 85% throttle.

Search for the "blue wire mod" so you can get a rough estimate of your AFR. The magic number is .84v for stoic.
