Default Tein S-Tech spring compatibility

Convoluted question here guys, so bear with me.

Local club member purchased WRX suspension with Tein S-Tech springs on them. The struts are now on the FORESTER. He's selling the S-techs.

Would these be compatible with the BD Legacy?
Do I need to find out what year WRX they came off?

Edited because I forgot to say what the suspension is now on.

They have to be from a 02-03 first off, and must be paired with wrx struts, tophats and perches. So unless you switch all that too no they will not fit.
Peace,
Kyle
