Default '06 STi Clear Bra install w/ Blue Lights PICS

Thought we would post some pics of an install we did today so others can see.

This vehicle got the Full Kit - Hood, fenders, mirrors, Front bumper, Fog light covers, side vents, grille (three), License plate block area. Tire to Tire coverage.

We installed the blue film on side to show that off, but the vehicle has clear light protection installed. The Blue looks really good on that black IMHO.

Blue film on head light looks tight. I never like that scratch effect the clear bra gives, like were its stops looks like a big scratch IMHO but a good investment it is

Would one of these kits make chips in the clear coat less apparent? I realize it isnt a sealer of sorts and is clear, Im just wondering that if the film is thick enough it might hide them to a degree. My car has plenty of chips and Ive thought about gettin somethin like this, but not sure I wanna spend the cash if itll still look all chipped up. Thanks, looks real good by the way.

Wetsand and buff your headlights before you put these on. They'll look brand new. Trust me, I did mine at work, with 1500 and 2000 grit and a powered buffer.... cleaned em up to new.

I am interested in pruchasing a rock blocker kit for my 04 sti. I looked at the website but I am unsure what each pacakage includes. I am looking to get the front of my hood, fenders, and the full bumper protected. This would also include the fog light covers. What kit will do this for me? Thanks

They would have to be small and slight chips, but more than likely they will not hide, but just stop anymore from happening.

You would be looking for the FULL Kit Pro.

That is the hood, fenders, mirrors, hood scoop, bumper, fog light covers and lower splitters.

Do you have installers in the Arlington Texas area? Can these be put on 'immediately' or is there some time required for factory paint to finsih curing or other prep work? I have an Aspen Whiye '06 WRX on order and may be interested. Is it gonna look that good on white?

how do these things accept wax? Can you wax them? and if you wax over them onto an unprotected area, will wax build up at the crease?

You can install them right away and really recommended before you get chips. I dont know anyone in the Arlington, TX area though. Maybe your dealer knows someone or a tint shop that can install it for you?

You want to wax them since the film has a clear coat finish to it.. If you dont the product wont look very good over time. As for the crease and wax build up stay away from the edge a bit and you wont have any problems.

I'm going to be getting some JDM fogs (for my '04 WRX) sometime before christmas. Before I install them would it be possible for me to send them to you to get yellow-coated? How much would that cost, if so?

You can do those yourself, they are really easy to install on flat lights. Much easier to when the light is installed as well.
