Default need help

just wondering if anybody out there had the part numbers for the whiteline front strut brace and front sway bar for a 98 legacy gt. If you have any information on this is would be helpful. Also wouldd the parts from a 98 impreza rs fit a 98 legacy? If so I could just order those instead. Already had a problem ordering a front strut brace. The one I ordered sat up to high in the engine compartment so I couldn't close the hood. Thanks for any help that you could give me. Just a Legacy newbie. Later.

Is this the first suspension component you will be adding? you might want to look into a swaybar instead. you'll get more stiffness there then with a front strut brace.
I only see a strut brace making a difference in a wagon and in the back.

already got the rear and wanting to get the one for the front. The car handles great now with the bigger rear sway bar. Just hope to find the part number for the whiteline front sway bar so I can get it. thanks for the help.

The rs front fits if it is an adjustable one. The whiteline ones are. the wrx wagon rear fits don't do a front sway bar unless you want more induced understeer.

front strut brace - KSB550
front sway bar - BSF19, BSF19X

There are 2 strut braces available for the Impreza of that year KSB550 and 551. The catalog doesnt list the KSB551 as applicable to the Legacy. So you got to get to the PN there. Sounds like you got the KSB551 as it sits behind the intercooler on the GC/GFs. The 550 is a mid mount brace.

Regarding the front sway bars, they both work on both cars. The first being non-adjustable and the second adjustable.
