Will now use a larger Bosch pump and surge tank with adjustable regulator and rails. We'll see if thats enough.

Off topic but...I have been looking for this elusive bosch pump. Who is sourcing it for you? From what I understand it is only available for sale in the euro market...

I got mine from Rigoli in Australia. It may well be sold only in Europe but I seem to recall coming across a website which sold internationally. If I find it again I will post the URL here. You may want to try contacting Pavlo in the UK.

Wow. Very nice work there! Congrats on the clean set up. Keep us posted on the progress.

ps. you might want to consider some t-bolts for all your charge pipes.

This isn't my car, it is SunAsia's. Also they Tbolts, are you talking about some other pic? I just posted them to show the T04Z on a suby.

i've seen the t04 on skyline's and supra's, and most of the time, its pretty laggy - of course its awesome once the power kicks in, but other than that, it really is just a basic drag turbo unless you have the LARGE displacment to spool that turbo as quickly as possible...

they made the turbo in a twin scroll setup to get twice as much flow from the six cylinder engines by using a 6-2 header design...

The turbo setup is very VERy similar to the GT37 setup that PDX tuning put on their car... I'm pretty sure you'll be looking at numbers around 450-600 hp range once all is said and done. All is dependant on the tuning and the design you have in mind for your setup.

- if you havent seen the video of the PDXtuning setup - listen to the spool-up on the car and even with the twin scroll (while it enables the use of a much larger turbine) it takes alot to get the thing spooled...Video HERE

Your project car should be a definate freeway killer, and drag racing king. Dont expect spool-up much before 5000rpm. ... you should have an awesome 4k band of power though with the 9k rpm limit!

email me your pics at nobley68@hotmail.com - i'll post em up on my xanga account.
