Default Let's play another round of "Name That Sound"!

The sound started after I put on my 17x7 Superleggeras with Kuhmo 712's 215/40/17. I can only make it happen/noticed it when making right turns. I'm pretty sure it is the front driver's side. It happens when making a 90 degree up hill right, and when getting on a small on ramp that turns right and is very bumpy. It either sounds like two metal plates clanging together, a weird metallic crunch, or a metallic squeaking. I took off the wheel and put it back on, made sure it was tight. But, it still happens. Is it possible that jacking up the car, first time it was ever jacked, could have dislodged the spring? Is it a bearing, CV joint, spring, swaybar? Everything seams to be tight and I'm putting in the Ver. 5 struts and 5 Zigen springs this weekend, if it is something bad I want to get it covered under warranty before I stick on the suspension.
