Default Telocity folk affected by the Rhythms chapter 11

Call this number...

1-866-206-0719 tell them that your calling about having your service "reprovisioned" due to the rhythms bankruptcy.

In my case I'm being transfered over to ameritech's line's and getting a new gateway, thus this will be transparent to me.

FYI

Jorge,

I called that # the first day I got the message. Couldn't get through. Finally cleared up their overflow problems the next day.

Earthlink sounds kinda shaky right now with Covad's reliability being questionable at this point in time.

when you say transparent, does that include the estimated downtime?

What did they quote you at for downtime? They gave me the pat response of up to 8 weeks. They claimed it was based on a first come first serve basis.

thanks.

Chris

Yep same thing with me.. no monthly bill and I'm keeping my IP, and email's. Just need a new gateway (which they supply)

about a week for the ameritech transition in my case.

Can't complain

wow. Sounds like you guys are getting hooked uppretty nicely.

methinks I may have to spend some quality time with a customer service rep and play the squeaky wheel. (AND order some new wheels for rex to take the sting out of my downtime.
