Impreza max wheel sizes by year?

I'm looking at building up an Imprezza 95-98 and the wheel well size looks like it varies. Are they all the same size or are there trim packages that are different? (Obviously I want the largest well.)

The Impreza body shell did not change significantly from 1993 to 2001 at all.
