Default Fog lights on w/ headlights off

does anyone have a good tutorial lighting mod like this? I would think it would be a simple job since the fog lights have their own button. The problem that comes to mind is the daytime running lights on newer models. Is there anyway to turn off the daytime lights and just have the fogs on?

Does this apply to a 2003 WRX also?
