Default Morrett Ballasts Broken help!

one of my HID ballasts makes the light blink, and the other one simply doesnt work.

they are brand eaglite

here are all the numbers on the ballasts that dont make sense to me but might to someone else.

lamp type HID conversion kit 35w
INPUT 13.5VDC norm.
OUTPUT 35W @ 85V RPMS
LIFE >3000Hours

25K V

ok... the lights are morrette lights. since both th ballasts are obviously broken (ive tested them, and the bulbs are good,) what is the best route to go when buying new ones, for afforability and brightness?

Tried opening them and making sure they aren't wet? I've seen them get wet, go nuts, then come back to life again when they are dried out.

(Don't open them with power on them...) (ouch)

i tried opening them, and they are basically filled with a sort of semi hardened rubber filler that fills the whole ballast. i was going to start kind of cutting through them, to get inside, but it wasnt going to work out. I figured Id just spare myself the frustration.

swap sides, put the "Faulty" ballast on the good side and see if its the wiring on that side of the car or the ballast.

You dont want to open it up because it can void your warranty.

i allready did that. ive tested both ballasts on the same side, different side same bulb both bulbs, im 100 percent sure that one ballast is bad, and the other one is causing the light to blink. which means that its probly also faulty.
