Aren't all WRX's and STI's "tuner ready"?

Are the TR suspension pieces different from the WRX? What about the steering rack?

The differences between the WRX and the STI seem few but are huge. Suspension, steering rack, engine, tranny, rear fold down seat, wheels, tires, wing, blah blah blah.

No TR just has manual cimate controls and is missing some other elements like fog lights and side skirts. And it's $1k cheaper.

The 06 WRX has the same steering rack now as the STI. But yes, there is obviously more you are getting for that extra $8k.

Actually, this is my Wife's car. (danajk03)

First mods: 18x7.5 Volk TE37, HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust, Subaru 6 disc changer, Momo Race shift Knob, STi Shifter Trim.

I have a set of Tein coilovers on it's way.

yeah part of the deal buying the 06 was to trade my 04 tail lights onto the new one. Also give me back all my after market parts from my 04.(and install some of them!)

Put my rims back on today, took some of the horrible gap away (can't wait for my springs to get put on!) The subzeros let you see the brake calipers alot more now, I really needed to wash and clean the rims, but was too lazy. I also photoshopped the car to be lower in the last pic + tint, I think it's looking pretty good.

STi forged aluminum lower control arms, standard equipment now.

Megan/Apexi N1 coilovers. Rears.

Megan/Apexi N1 coilovers. Fronts.

All done.

The subzeros let you see the brake calipers alot more now, I really needed to wash and clean the rims, but was too lazy. I also photoshopped the car to be lower in the last pic + tint, I think it's looking pretty good.
