Default Problems with JDM alignment

after installing these i cant get the low beam to significantly adjust lower, after cranking it all the way to the lowest position to seems to get worse???!??

is there a cycle (one or 2 full turns) that i cant go beyond? i cranked it like 100 times and it doesnt get better. IDEAS?

you were adjusting it using the bottom adjustment thing right? the top one is horizontal adjustment.

you could have poissibly stripped the screw that adjusts the headlight. did u buy these new or used?

used from a friend who never touched but nothing looks strip, all the teeth spin, and they do adjust, but BARELY
