Google image search of side strake

It's obvious he Misinformed (or scammed) you of what he is selling. Strake is a winged part not a piece of trim on the quater panel.

Can't you dispute it with paypal?

Edit:
How much did you pay?
What board/thread did you get it at?

Paypal is the suck for stuff like this unfortunately.

The seller *should* have known what he was selling as seen here. on Subaru's SPT site. I would show him that, that is what was agreed upon, that he shouold take back the parts that were incorrectly given, and provide the correct ones. If he can't provide he should be just returning your money.

Gonna be a hard one to crack, good luck.

Tell him you want a refund get the part somewhere else.
If he won't, take it up with Paypal. They almost always take the buyer's side in stuff like this.

Mail fraud. You were promised something and given something else.

Lets think that one out.

Always jumping to conclusions and accusing people before anything ever gets worked out.

Not all people are scumbags and want to screw everyone over. People should know what they are buying. There is no need to accuse the seller on everything that goes wrong. That is what is wrong the world today, Lets sue and make millions.
Why don't you use the half a brain you have and call him and have this delt with.

You have his address, which means you have his number. Unless he only has a cell phone. Either way, this is why I don't sell outside of my local area. Because I prefer to be called a halfbrain by a local instead of someone I don't know. Live and learn.

V8smkr.....DrNick this was a perfect example of miscommunitcation between buyer and seller and my paranoid mind in action. I have been scammed in the past and dont plan on that to happen again. This transaction has been settled between me and V8smkr....i really appreciate all you guy's support.
THANK YOU ALL AND LET THIS THREAD DIE!!!
