on the ported throttle body, how much do you guys open it? are you guys using a new butterfly? how much bigger is it so i can match port my intake manifold

If the coolant is not needed after your TB porting and bypass mod, then what should I do with the line? Plug it? Can you show detail pics of how it is done? I'm interested in TB porting. When you say IC elbow, does it mean the two pipe that bolt at the bottom of the intercooler?

all of our throttle body pnp services include a brass connector used to "byepass" the stock coolant lines. The connector has two male connectors much like your stock throttle body. This simply connects the two hoses so that the coolant still flows, just not through your throttle body. I'll try to dig up some pics, but you can refer to scoobymods.com for a very similiar modification.

As for the IC elbows, the pictures shown above of are the stock elbows used with the stock intercooler. The two metal pipes your refering to are correct. We usually recogmend this service for people with samco hoses to help maximize airflow. We also have done many aftermarket y hoses (turboxs, etc).

They pnp'd my 04 FXT.......TGV delete, 20g Turbo, TB w/coolant bypass, Intake manifold, Exhaust Manifold. Car is been running awesome.....

Would you be able to do a core charge on TGV's? I cant find a set on NASIOC for sale in about 24 hrs...also what kind of turn around time and price would be looking at? Thanks!
