Impreza WRX STi AVCR with UTEC ???s

I am going to installing a AVCR here soon with a UTEC and I was wondering if that changes the installation for the AVCR at all?

Thanks

Repost (or edit) and change one use of the word "AVCR" to the word "UTEC" so it makes sense. I've run the two together and I can't really imagine why one would affect the other outside the obvious (not installation or wiring-wise at any rate). That the factory solenoid should not be used with the avcr, and so the boost map on the utec doesn't matter/ wont be used.

They need to be tuned in respect to each other ,none the less, as does the UTEC boost map with the timing and fuel anyway. And if you haven't purchased the AVCR yet, I'd look into the GMBC mod instead. It doesn't have quite the flexibility, but since my UTEC (and thus turbo, injectors, and all the other goodies) installation, I've eliminated the Greddy profec B and the AVCR (Although the AVCR was a better piece, and had some nifty little benifits.) But I've recently realised the greatness and simplicity of the GMBC upgrade. A $14 part.

And for further info on that gmbc stuff, check the EM section here and/or wrxhackers.com
