nope, bought two sets, lasted 3 months each. Granted, I was doing a lot of night driving, but that's just crappy.
They were nice and bright, though.

The couple of sets I had lasted between 4-6 months. I am looking for a different option now, I really liked the light output from them.

Maybe I'll try again, because I really liked the output.I did buy
them at two different place's to make a complete set so I doubt it was a
bad set. My high-beams seem to be fine (never use them) that's why but
I don't do a whole lot of night driving

Thanks for the responce guy's

ah..

good to see I wasn't the only one that they crapped out for.

I had kept my oem bulbs in the trunk just in case...and yup..they've both gone back on. I think the SS's lasted like 8 months? Was sorta bummed..but oh well...they are bulbs...aren't going to last forever. (longer than 8 months would have been nice)

1 1/2 years on mine and no problems. Biggest problem I had with bulbs were the foglights on my '00 RS which lasted about 6 months each.

I've had mine for a little over a year. They're still as bright as when I got them.

I loved mine I had in the Neon. (same 9007) I plan on going strait to PIAA for the wagon.

On the Neon the vision difference was as big as stock to Silverstar as it was Silverstar to PIAA. PIAA's seem not much brighter than Silverstars but whiter and somehow more focused.

They shine bright farther and the bulbs look like they were dipped in some blue heat paint or something.

Projectors would be cool too but I like the totally stock look for now.
PIAA fogs and headlights is ideal for me. Spendy for just bulbs.....but ideal.

I have had silverstars they lasted but I have found after using them that regular old halogen bulbs have more useable light. My Sti has Hid's but every car I've had them in I thought they were good but ended up switching back to regular halogen bulbs.

Yea me too,I run with my light's on. My wife has HID's in her 01s2k and I have to say,That I like the SilverStar's better (only when they last)
I have much more Beam Direction than in her car w/HID's. I will try again.

I just had one blow out after about 6 months. I remember buying the set for like $30. But I had to replace this one ASAP so it was $25 a pop. I'm waiting for another to go out to install the Osram Silverstars (imported) which according to NASIOC members are better.

....so anyone have them and used the Narva's, too???
I got the Narva's at NAPA not long ago for $7.99/ea, on sale(regular price was $9.99, IIRC)....they seem to be pretty good.....a better pattern than the Sylvania's I had.....
